Golf Event

Since our founding, we have hosted hundreds of events ranging from charitable to corporate.  Whether you’re looking to entertain clients, reward employees, or raise money for a charity, our professional staff are “aces”.  Their years of experience, and desire to help you succeed, will be evident from the moment you meet.  They will explain your options, present a transparent cost structure and help you make decisions that will enhance the quality of the experience for all of your players.  Give us a chance to provide a quote for your event, you won’t be disappointed! Our standard tournament packages include:

·         Greens fees

·         Cart fees

·         Driving range (conditions permitting)

·         Personalized cart signs

·         Personalized scorecards

·         Custom scoreboard

·         Event scoring and flighting (including Skins)

·         Assisting with on course tent and table set up

·         Installing and removing sponsor provided hole signs

·         Assisting with dining and beverage arrangements

·         Providing marshals to greet players and assist with golf bags

·         Providing beverage carts, coolers and ice (at no additional charge)!

·         Providing proximity markers for closest to the pin holes

Weddings, Receptions or Special Events

Bent Creek offers a beautiful Ball Room with seating for approximately 100 guests.  When combined with our Snack Bar area, we can accommodate nearly 130.  Pricing and benefits are as follows:

·         $75 per hour, up to 4 hours, with one hour free for set up

·         $500 all day charge for rentals longer than 4 hours

·         We require a $200 deposit, which will be credited, less any damage by guests

·         Deposits are non-refundable

·         No fee for use of our linens, and no mark-up for choosing your own provider

·         We do not provide flatware or cloth napkins

·         We offer an open bar, cash bar or none at all (we do not allow outside liquor)

·         You may choose any food provider and we are happy to assist you with ideas

·         Staffing charges will be applied depending upon number of staff needed.
